Summer’s End in Upstate New York

With fall just around the corner, I wanted to savor the last few days of summer by going fruit picking in Upstate New York. We decided to do a little spin on the traditional fall festivities of apple picking and go peach picking instead. I’m actually more of a peach person and was so happy that there were a few crops of peaches left at the end of the season! Fruit and flower picking is something I’ve wanted to do forever, but never got a chance to do so. I couldn’t be more excited to make the drive up to Dubois Farms over Labor Day weekend.

Bows & Bridges in Central Park

Can you believe it’s almost September? Where did the summer go? Central Park is one of my absolute favorite places in NYC. It’s so beautiful in every season, but I can’t wait to experience my first autumn here in the city. I can picture the colorful foliage and am already mentally planning many weekend strolls in the park come fall!
