Since moving to NYC, one big step for me in “adulting” is learning how to cook! Cooking for one is not the easiest or most fun thing to do, but it’s an important part of living on your own. One of my favorite recipes to make is sautéed kale and brussels sprouts – it’s SO easy and quick, and not to mention nutritious!
For those who live in a big city, sometimes an escape to nature is just what we need. Over the Fourth of July long weekend we decided to drive out to Pennsylvania for a day in the Pocono Mountains.
So… just like that I’m officially a college graduate and moving out of Boston! These past few years have been filled with so many incredible memories that I know I’ll fondly look back on. As a tribute to these past four years in this beautiful city, today I’m sharing with you some of my favorite places around town.
