Since moving to NYC, one big step for me in “adulting” is learning how to cook! Cooking for one is not the easiest or most fun thing to do, but it’s an important part of living on your own. With a full time job and long hours, I know I’ll be too tired to cook a proper and healthy dinner at night. One of my favorite recipes to make is sautéed kale and brussels sprouts – it’s SO easy and quick, and not to mention nutritious!
Smoothie bowls are one of my favorite things to eat in the summer. They’re refreshing, healthy, and delicious – and not to mention, SO easy to make! Smoothie bowls are perfect because you can do most of the prep work beforehand.
