The sun’s out, the sky is blue, and it’s supposed to be 65° tomorrow here in Boston. As someone whose mood depends a lot on the weather, I could not be happier that it’s finally beginning to feel like spring!
I can’t wait until the day I can pull out my dresses and not have to wear a coat, but for now, I’m slowly incorporating a bit more color into my wardrobe and shifting from darker to lighter hues. These periwinkle jeans are the perfect transition piece from winter to spring — I love the color and the subtle flare!
You know I’m a sucker for fashion steals… so can you believe it if I tell you that almost everything I’m wearing is designer and under $50? Sweater is Kate Spade and $50 from TJ Maxx, jeans are Tory Burch and only $25 (also from TJ Maxx), and booties were $15 from the Aldo outlet. My Badgley Mischka crossbody is from Saks Off 5th for just a fraction of the original price. I got it nearly five years ago and to this day it’s still one of my faves. I wear it everywhere, so I think it’s worth it. 😉
I’m all about finding cute and fashion-forward items at affordable prices. So, next week I’m excited to share my favorite places to shop for a professional wardrobe! This post will be especially for my fellow petite gals because I know that the struggle is REAL. Stay tuned! ❤
